Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity and the flight may need to be cancelled due to unsuitable weather, or any other reason deemed necessary by the pilot for passenger safety.

In the event of weather or pilot determined cancellation, this Ultimate Proposal Package Ticket can be rescheduled for another date, within the validity period of your ticket.

The Ultimate Proposal Package Ticket is 100% REFUNDABLE in the event of a weather or pilot determined cancellation.

Ultimate Proposal packages are available at Hunter Valley or Camden Valley | Monday - Friday only.

An admin fee will apply to any cancellations made before the first flight date.

With the Ultimate Proposal Package Ticket you cannot cancel or rescheduled your flight within 72 hours of your scheduled flight time.
