Referral program rules

  • The program is exclusive to Spotlight Letters customers

  • Referral rewards expire after 12 months unless stated otherwise in the offer.

  • You can send referrals to new and existing Spotlight Letters clients. Your unique link can only be used once per person.

  • Your friend must log in or sign up using your unique link. You won’t receive a reward if your friend logs in or signs up without it.

  • Referral rewards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • You can only earn rewards when your friend books and pays for a service.
