How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?

Four to eight weeks is the typical lead time for a standard corporate booking. Custom brand colour painting needs longer, six weeks or more. For peak periods (November and December for end-of-year events, March to May for awards season), book earlier where you can. Shorter-notice enquiries are welcome and we'll tell you straight whether your date is workable.

Can letters be painted in our brand colour?

Yes. Brand colour painting is quoted on request and typically needs four to six weeks. Send your brand guidelines or a Pantone reference through with your enquiry and we'll come back with a quote and realistic lead time.

Where in Sydney do you deliver and set up?

We deliver, set up and pack down Sydney-wide: CBD, North Shore, eastern suburbs, inner west and dealership showrooms across greater Sydney. Delivery is quoted by venue location. Events outside Sydney are considered case-by-case.

Do you coordinate setup directly with the venue?

Once you've confirmed your booking, send through the venue contact and load-in time. We'll handle access, installation and packdown from there.

What if our event date or time changes after booking?

Reach out as soon as you know. Date and time changes are usually workable with reasonable notice. For more general booking questions, see our FAQ page

Roger was an absolute lifesaver for our event. Our initial vendor feel through and we were in urgent need of large letters, with 5 days notice, out of all of Sydney, Roger made it work inbetween other events - thank you truly! Roger is a great communicator and problem solver. I learnt that he handmakes his letters hence the wood texture underneath the white paints. Highly would recommend his services (already have), and would contact him again as his rates were much more affordable than competitors across Sydney.

Spotlight letters did a fabulous job at my daughter's 18th birthday party. I hired lit up letters in my daughters name, the numbers 18 and another S for a separate installation. From initial message right up to the day of event they were fast and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They worked alongside RJlhen balloons to deliver a fantastic display and everyone commented how nice the reception room had been decorated. Their letters certainly elevate the decorations and I would hire them without hesitation on my next event.

We had a great experience with Spotlight Letters! I originally booked white letters with green bulbs to match our corporate logo, but they went above and beyond by offering to paint the letters in our brand colour—and they looked fantastic. Roger was great to work with on the day. He arrived on time and even helped move some furniture around when we had to make a last-minute change to the setup, just to get the perfect spot for the letters.
